Israeli developers to build a chain of retail parks in twelve towns in Bulgaria, in which their joint venture will invest between EUR 120m and 150m in the next three years. Some EUR 30 to 40 million has already been invested in land purchases. The company is looking for plots of between 6 and 12 ha. The firm plans the total built-up area of the complex to reach some 350,000 - 400,000 sq m and the purchased land - some 1.2 million sq m. The same developers are building one of the first shopping malls in Plovdiv, Central Mall Markovo Tepe, through their company Melina.
