The complex is located 1 km south of the town of
Nessebar and 2, 5 km from the
Sunny Beach Resort, at approximately 200 m away from the seacoast. The Bourgas International Airport is 18 km away, and the city of
Bourgas – 30 km away. Within 300 m of the complex there are several hotel restaurants and food shops working throughout the year. At 100 m there is a stop of inner-resort public transport - town of Nessebar – village of
