WHY INVEST IN BULGARIA

In 2015 the trend of demand for properties in the major cities has grown and new trend started1 for Bulgarian market as properties by the sea and in the ski resorts showed big interest due to very attractive prices. According to an annual TripAdvisor

cost comparison study of 42 selected resorts, Bulgarian ski resort Bansko and Eastern Europe in general offer the best value for skiers and snowboarders this season (www.telegraph.co.uk, 04 November 2015) British Developments also spotted an increased interest to properties from British buyers and Bulgarian, but also the outflow of the Russian buyers and we expect this trend to evolve in 2016.

 

The demand will be primarily aimed at apartments, investments such as hotels, guesthouses will also continue. Of course houses near Black Sea resorts

Prices of properties in Bulgaria are at a stable price comparable to the period from 2013 when there was extreme interest from Russian buyers and the closing costs are only 8% of the price.

 

Weather is nice as there is plenty of sunshine throughout the whole year, especially in the resorts area, and when you like to go snowboarding, the mountain Resorts are only 4 hours from the Sea.
